Terrible shipping/logistics company - I've also read they are bought out Newgistics as well. All shipping problems are blamed on covid. I know this does happen, I'm not unaware there is a pandemic. But taking over 3 weeks to even get anywhere near a post office (not even my local one) is asinine. They are a logistical/shipping company - this is literally all they do for business. All the big stores - Old Navy, Bath & Body, and Kohls need to cancel their contracts with them.
They take forever to deliver a package it sets for weeks a each stop and no way to contact them to find out what the problem is

I phoned in for some help and advice for a query on our new pre-pay account. The person I spoke with was so helpful and friendly and sorted out my problem very quickly.
How could anyone still use a "shipping partner" like that? This company's executives should all be in jail for fraud. A package sent from overseas to Glendale, CA ( a suburb of Los Angeles) arrived in a few days, only to sit at Pitney Bowes Los Angeles facility. It then supposedly left the same day and took NINE days to arrive 50 miles away at Bloomington CA (why on earth was it sent there to begin with?), sat there for two days and then "departed". Only the good lord knows where to this time and if it will ever arrive at its correct destination. Pitney Bowes takes no responsibility and has zero support for the recipients.
I ordered an article of clothing from a company that chose Pitney Bowes as their delivery company. (Who knew Pitney Bowes was in the delivery business?) Anyway, my package was picked up by Pitney Bowes and was delivered to one of their warehouses over a week ago and has just been sitting there ever since. NO ONE from PB will speak to me and if you try to use their chat feature it connects you to a lawyer for a pay by the minute feature. I contacted the company I ordered from and they blamed the postal service who has never had the package in their possession.
